ARTISAN BEAUTY POLICIES

  • Cancellations ‼️

    All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. All late cancellations will be charged for the full amount of the service.

  • No Shows 🚫

    All No Shows will be charged for the full amount of the service. If you know you are unable to make your appointment, please call us before 24 hours.

    We will require a 50% deposit for all future appointments after a No Show.

  • Kids 👧🧒

    We want to make your little ones feel special too! We allow services to be booked for kids & teens. However, kids are not allowed to be brought with you to your appointments.

  • Parking 🚗

    Beauty Bar : There is metered and nonmetered parking available on Abeel, Broadway, and Post Street within walking distance.

  • Pictures for Social Media 📸

    As beauticians, we want to share our work with the world. Please be aware that your stylist may ask to take pictures before, during, and after your appointment.

  • Product Returns 🛍

    Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. You must bring your receipt, and it must be less than 25% used when being returned. We have the right to decline returns outside of this policy.

  • Service Redo 💈

    Mistakes can happen, we are all human. If you are unhappy with the result of your services, please email us right away at artisanbeautybar@gmail.com so that we can schedule a redo.

    We will allow for up to 1 week to schedule a redo. No refunds. At the discretion of management, we will redo the service or issue a gift certificate.
